I’m talking about the FICO scores from all 3 credit bureaus, NOT the free credit reports. I was shopping around http://www.myfico.com and was wondering if it was worth spending the .85
Your able to get your credit report from all three agencies for free once a year. I didn’t realize that if I wanted my credit score too that I had to purchase at the printing of each report. I just figured when I got to the home page then it would be available to purchase there. Well it wasn’t, AFTER I printed and closed each report from all three agencies, it said if you wanted your FICO you had to do it at each window.
Does anyone know of a site where you can purchase just your FICO scores? I don’t want a freakin free trial of this or that just go and purchase score.

Which credit score+report should I buy – TransUnion or EquiFax? I know that the two Fico scores can sometimes vary a lot, and I’ve read that lenders will take the middle score between these two and Experian. But, I’d really rather not buy both scores, as I’m buying largely out of curiosity. So is either score "better" in any way? And if not, then is either report better? (I think these are the same reports you get at annualcreditreport.com so I care more about the score than the report)
Also, for the Experian credit report I got free at annualcreditreport.com, there’s a section "Inquiries Shared With Others". Unlike the "Inquiries Shared Only With You", this section does not say: "These inquiries do not affect your credit score."
Do these "Inquiries Shared With Others" affect your Fico scores, and if so by how much?

We are in dire straights. We have lived in our home in Charlotte area 15 years. Home is financed with Chase. Never had a late payment, not even 1 day day late on home or the Home Equity Loan we have.
Took out a Home Equity Loan 3 years ago. Never a late payment there either.
All total our bills are killing us. Want to Refi. Balance on home is K and Home Equity Loan balance is K.
Husband lost job, just got rehired on another contract but want start his new job till next month. He is a government contactor so makes good money but when the contract stopped the money dried up quickly.
His credit score however is absolutely no help, in the 500’s.
My FICO scores are 691 Equifax, 726 Experion, and 686 Trans Union.
Problem is I only gross 33K or so a year.
We applied online for a refi to payoff bills but were told my husband is no help on the loan because of his FICO scores.
With the DTI I am at 90% so I cannot get approved to refi.
The home is worth about 5,000. We have about ,000 in Credit Card Bills and Loans we want to pay off.
Can anyone out there give us an idea of how to refi, payoff the debt and get a loan.
What about going FHA with my husband as the co-x since he has the low FICO but has very good income to lower the DTI ratio? He makes about ,000 per year and it will be Federal Taxes tax-free as he will be working overseas for a year.
We really need some professional advice.

Can anyone tell me where to find a credit score scale to understand the meanings of FICO scores and their significance?
Also if I could be directed to an actual FREE site to pull my credit report that would be helpful. Thanks!

I have been checking online and have not been having much luck. I don’t mind spending money, I just want something that does not charge monthly like most of the free reports do. I need all three different FICO scores from each reporting agency. I also don’t need that identity theft protection that most sites offer or slide in through the fine print. Does anyone know of a site and have experience using it?

TruCcredit used let you update every day for free until December 17th, 2008, when they started implementing a policy where you can only update every 30 days for all 3 bureaus.
Do you know any other website (Other than TrueCredit) out there that can truely let you update your credit report for free every day for all 3 bureaus and as soon as you register at that site, it lets you start updating your credit report daily and still have a 7 day free trial or they have no trial before you pay and also shows the most accurate FICO scores for all 3 bureaus that is close to what the lender shows when they pull up your credit report.
I am currently using CreditCheck and every time I have to update my credit report, it makes me pay .95 per report and I just registered at that site for a 7-day free trial. It claims that it lets you update your credit score free every day without paying money.
I need true ones here, not rip-off services, and don’t say annualcreditreport.com, because they only let you update once per year and for what I am doing, it needs to be checked every day.
Oh yeah, answer me as soon as you see this question
